For Clients / Customers

Projects

The Fannan Application is free to sign up, post a job, receive bids from artists, review the artist’s portfolio and discuss the job requirements. If you choose to award the job, and the artist accepts, we charge the customer a small job fee which is 15% of the value of the selected bid.

You may cancel the project from your dashboard at any time within seven (7) days before the project’s starting date for a full refund of your fee.

Contests / Jobs

At the time of posting a contest/job, Clients/customers must provide funds as bided by the artist after they accept.

The Money Back Guarantee entitles you to get your money back for 1 day (24 hours) from the contest closing if you are not happy with the submitted entries. You can get a refund simply by contacting support.

Note that refunds do not include any upgrades that you may have selected for the contest/job. If you’ve already selected an entry as the winner and completed the contest handover, which has released the prize money to them, you are not eligible for a refund.

There is no contest/job fee for posting and awarding the contest for clients.

Each additional awarded entry will also require payment of the prize for that entry.

Services

At the time of ordering a service, Clients/customers must provide funds equivalent to the total service price offered by the artist. We will only release the payment once you are 100% happy with the work that has been delivered by the artist and this should be within 1 day after the job is done from the artist’s side.

For Artists

The Fannan Application is free to sign up, create a profile, select skills/instruments you are interested in or play, upload performances as a portfolio, receive project/job notifications, discuss project/job details with the employer/customer, bid on projects/jobs, and enter contests.

Projects

For fixed-price projects, if you are awarded a project/job, and you accept, we charge you a small project fee which is 15% of the value of the selected bid, as an introduction fee. If you are subsequently paid more than the original bid amount, we will also charge the project/job fee on any overage payments.

Contests

Submitting entries or bidding in a contest is free. The contest fee applies when you are awarded a contest prize. This fee (15%  of the biding price) is charged when the prize is released, which is after the contest has been awarded to you after the customer has accepted your bid and the money is added to your virtual wallet and you can withdraw that money if the job has been completed to the contest poster’s (customer) satisfaction.

Services

If you are subsequently hired to perform the service from your profile, a 15% fee of the total service price is charged. This is charged when the service is ordered by way of a deduction from the payment you receive.

Withdrawal Fees

Fees may be optionally levied depending on the method of withdrawal. Additional fees may be levied by the third party offering the withdrawal method.

We impose a minimum withdrawal of SAR 1150.

User Agreement

The fees, charges, and refund policy summarized on this page are governed by the terms of the Fannan User Agreement and related site policies. The User Agreement includes other important terms and should be read in full. In User Agreement specifies the consequences of termination for violations of the User Agreement. Those consequences can include fines for damages that Fannan will sustain as a result of actions that breach the User Agreement.

Delivery Time:

After the artist accepts the offer/job, the payment is processed by the client/customer. Each job has its own starting time.
